I should say this is fairly old – perhaps it’s improved, but for my part, I’ve been assimilated by the Borg. I use Gmail mostly now.

Okay, it turns out there are few things wrong in the “shortcomings” section.

1. You can view all contacts in a single list. It only shows 25 at a time, but it is one big list.

2. You can set priorities on tasks in Zimbra, just not in the new Yahoo! calendar unless I’m still missing something. I’m not sure what happens when things synch.

3. Address books are per account. I’m not sure whether I like that or not. I think I prefer it because I don’t want all the addresses in my spam catcher account going into my main address book. I think I’ll count this as a 51% plus. Perhaps there’s an option to merge address books. If not, that would be a nice feature.
